Q: How do I create an account with Robot Rave?

Q: What is your despatch time for UK?

We despatch all items on standard free delivery to the UK via Royal Mail second class, and 99% of orders are despatched within 1-2 working day of receiving the order.  If you require first class, this is available as option when you make the purchase, at an extra cost. This means you will usually receive your order within 3-4 working days of placing the order for second class, and 1-2 working days with first class.

If you require special delivery, for guaranteed next day delivery - this costs £10 and can only be arranged over the telephone.  Please call us on 01283 440053 to pay for this service. 

Q: What is your despatch time for international orders?

We despatch all items by Air Mail priority untracked, unless the order is for 3 items or more - then it is sent tracked.

All orders are marked with the value of the goods appropriate to the contents of the parcel, and tax or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: How can I check my delivery status?

You can check the status of the order by logging into your account, and you also get email notifications when the order has been paid, then an email confirming despatch.

Unfortunately there isn’t tracking information as most orders are sent untracked to save you money on your delivery charge (unless there is multiple items, 3 or above, then please contact us for tracking information if you need it).

Q: What is the Robot Rave return policy?

We offer an amazing 30 day return policy, you can return the item within this time for a full refund (not including postage charges) or return to exchange to a different size.

If returning to change size, please follow the instructions in the package.  We need to know exactly what you need to change, the size and colour - as well as the order number.

If returning an item, it needs to be in the original condition it was supplied.  If it’s been worn, or washed we will refuse the return and send it back to you.

You will need to cover the cost of sending the item back, but we will send out exchanges at no further cost.


For any items sent back for a refund, we will process the refund within 1 working day of receiving the item back.  If you have paid by credit card, sometimes it takes a few days to show in your account.  Paypal payments usually show the refund straight away.
